Because of their global fast growth, our client is looking for native Scandinavian support agents to strengthen their Client Support team. In this role, you will be providing 1st line support for a range of technical issues, partly through their internal ticketing system. You will work closely with fellow support agents to provide quick and reliable support in the customer’s native language.
You can either work from our client’s office in Budapest or work remotely from home. You don’t necessarily have to live in Hungary if you work remotely.
Who are you?
- You have (near) native proficiency in the Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish (written and spoken)
- You are fluent in English
- You have a strong interest in IT and would like to gain experience in the industry
- You have a positive can-do attitude and great communicative skills
- You are fulltime available
- Remote workers must have their own laptop, reliable internet, and phone
